Dr. Preethi A Nayak holds Master in Public Administration, Master in Law, Master in Human Resource Management, P.G Diploma in Industrial Relation and Personal Management. She has cleared National Eligibility Test conducted by University Grant Commission (UGC) and qualified for the post of Assistant Professor. She obtained her Ph.D degree in Law from Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru for the thesis ‘A Critical Study of Statutory Protection to Indigenous People of India’. Dr. Preethi a Nayak is a Life member of International Institute of Organized Research, Indian Society for Technical Education, New Delhi, and Member of Asian Human Rights Organisation

Dr. Preethi a Nayak served as faculty member in University College of Law, Bengaluru, Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi and Rajarajeswari Institute of Management, Bengaluru. Currently she is working as Vice Principal and Professor of Law at Dr. Rammanohar Lohia College of Law, Bengaluru and also holding responsibility as Chair person on the Red Cross committee, Disciplinary Committee, Mentoring Committee and Competitive Exam Cell. She has also published 15 Research papers, presented more 30 papers at National and International conference and coauthored a book published by Gotham Publishing House, Bengaluru. Dr. Preethi A Nayak has conducted more than 10 training session on different topics for student community at different level including preparing them for competitive exams such as KAS, IAS and allied courses.
